Who Are We?

GPR Ventures and Duke Capital Ventures are the brains behind Wave Street Condos.

Duke Capital Ventures specializes in residential and commercial real estate developments on the Western seaboard. Founded by President Glen Yonekura, we have been in the heart of Silicon Valley for over a decade and our projects stretch throughout the Western States.

GPR Ventures is a privately held real estate investment firm. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, GPR has three offices on the West Coast. To date, GPR has acquired 103 industrial and office buildings across 36 different projects. The portfolio totals over 3,500,000 square feet of leasable space and 36 acres of industrial and mixed-use residential land.

With in-depth experience, our team manages all assets from acquisition through disposition and has projects at various stages of development. We have decades of experience building custom homes in Silicon Valley coupled with in-house expertise in construction, design, project management, and real estate. Our local knowledge and capabilities enable us to effectively manage our contractors and suppliers to ensure they are providing the highest quality homes to our customers at the most cost-effective prices.
